ammo defaualt

Is there a way to change the value of ammo rounds you get when picking up a specific weapon. i.e. I'd like to change the amount of rounds for the rail gun to 2 or 3, but keep the RL at 10.

I think the only way you can achieve that is to use a mod like http://www.planetquake.com/beryllium/main.shtm

I think beryllium will give you the ability to do that...not sure though...
