You can try beryllium download here.
http://www.planetquake.com/beryllium and then use the config on the micromod page here. http://www.planetquake.com/beryllium/micromods.shtm

I have setup an Instagibplus server which is rail only. Go to http://www.planetquake.com/instagibplus
then download server side mod.
Create a batch file called instagib.bat or something and make it like the following:

quake3.exe +set dedicated 2 +set fs_game instagibplus +set instagib 7 +set public 1 +exec igplus.config +map q3dm17 +fraglimit 50

You may get an error message in the console like, fs_game is write protected. Ouch!
If it appears, try changing the order of +set variables in above example. Also try changing the igplus.config to q3config.cfg and change it back to igplus.config.

You can do it easily with the loaded mod except the 1.25 patch just totaled that. I have been running one for a month rail only hook enabled and had a dumb attack and installed 1.25 patch

Instead of using a batch file you can create a shortcut with the exact same command line and give the working directory to the folder where Q3A is installed.
