View Full Version : Console massages on dedicated server

I've just started using MOH Server (as you know) and I'm noticing messages coming up like
Box data is corrupt for /[long path]/allied_pilot.skd

&

add the following line to the *_precache.scr map script

cache/models/[morepaths]/binoculars.tik

I'd guess the second is more a report that it's doing that action itself rather than an error, but the first one looks bad.
The game doesn't seem to glitch at all to the user (i.e me on another PC) but something must be up.
Any ideas please?

I noticed the same thing, but it has no effect on gameplay..

------- Attempting to load ./fgameded.so -------
^~^~^ Box data is corrupted for 'models/human/allied_pilot/allied_pilot.skd'
^~^~^ Morph targets data is corrupted for 'models/human/allied_pilot/allied_pilot.skd'
^~^~^ Add the following line to the *_precache.scr map script:
cache models/statweapons/flak88turret.tik


Now, since the fgameded.so is part of the released binary, I really doubt it matters.


The only thing that really concerns me at the moment is not being able to specify port and have the server show up in gamespy.. That's been posted as an actualy bug, and I'm sure it'll be taken care of in the next release.
